Forms:

I needed your help.
You needed my help.
He/She/It needed your help.
We needed your help.
They needed your help.

Usage:

Past Simple is used to talk about actions or situations that began and ended in the past.

يُستخدم الماضي البسيط للتحدث عن أفعال أو مواقف بدأت و انتهت في الماضي

Examples:

(walk) 
I walked downtown yesterday.
أنا اتمشيت في وسط البلد امبارح

(arrive)
Our train arrived on time.
القطر بتاعنا وصل في معاده

(sleep)
Julia slept for ten hours last night.
جوليا نامت عشر ساعات ليلة امبارح

(eat)
I ate your sandwich this morning.
أنا كلت الساندويتش بتاعك النهاردة الصبح
